CUSTOMER CONTACT
AutomobiliaX will contact you only in relation to your order or its delivery. Courtesy contact may be made to ensure your satisfaction with our service and the products you have received. We strive to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
STOCK
AutomobiliaX sources both new and used parts, all supplied in the condition as described on the website. For additional information on any item, whether in stock or not, please contact AutomobiliaX directly. All details provided at the time of ordering should be accurate. Order confirmations will be sent via e-mail. If you do not receive such an email within 2 working days, please contact info@automobiliax.com. Once placed, an order cannot be retracted, even if awaiting a confirmation email. We do not supply to individuals who are legally unable to enter into a binding contract. All orders are subject to delivery charges as detailed in the shipping section of the website.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All prices and estimates are subject to change without prior notice. The ownership of goods supplied does not transfer to you until full payment is received. Packing costs, if required, will be borne by you unless stated otherwise. If we are unable to deliver any or all parts of your order due to circumstances beyond our control (such as lack of delivery details, industrial disputes, exhausted stocks, or discontinued parts), we reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you accordingly. We exclude any liability for losses incurred due to these reasons.
COURIER
All UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS for parcels over 2kg, with next day delivery. International orders are shipped through UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. AutomobiliaX does not permit customers to organize third-party courier collections. Personal collection of goods is allowed if paid in full at the time of collection. Any special shipping or collection requirements must be agreed with AutomobiliaX at the time of purchase.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Packages must clear customs which can take a few days. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs prior to purchasing. Duties, taxes, and charges are typically collected by the freight company upon delivery or when you pick the item up.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Goods may only be returned if faulty upon receipt. AutomobiliaX must be notified within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to contact within this period may result in non-acceptance of returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. AutomobiliaX does not offer warranties on goods; they are sold as-is.
